I think your preference is normal because everyone has a preference.
You wanted to know what others liked: I prefer stocky, thick-bodied looking guys - a little overweight is fine. They don't have to be heavily muscled or have washboard abs, but I'm not into the skinny/weak look on any body part. I like large calves on guys, I think it looks powerful. I tend to associate a man's muscular, toned, shaved body with being homosexual, so I don't find that look appealing because I'm a woman.
