Maby let on to your friends your getting friendly with a couple of the guys or their friends, by their reactions alone you may get a good idea if they are lieing or not. Its never a good idea to make up stuff you did with someone people know! If its a make up story to spice up the chit chat make it up about some hot guy you met on vacation or the guy you met at the club last year thats different (still a bit weird!) but be aware one lie can lead to another! at least its not bringing other people into it!
