Normal. A pathetic thing about the British licence plate system is that they changed SN07 to TN07 because it apparently looked like 'snot'. That didn't make them think about what SN09 looked like however...
HAHAHAHA! That's hilarious! I can see where they get SNOT out of SN07. Funny, in Canada they recalled all the ASS plates in NB back in 1990/91. Since then, we have skipepd over certain plates like GAY, GOD, etc. However, we still have COK plates on trucks! Cracks me up every time.
