I used to go out with this idiot who wanted me to sleep with his brother. I went over to visit the idiot one day, and he was gone, but his brother was there. I should have just left, but I was stupid, because I didn't want to be rude.
I still handled everything, and got out of there okay. I pretended like I was down then I whipped out my stash. I basically just smoked him under the proverbial table, he passed out, and then I just left. Needless to say I never went out the original idiot again of course.

A stranger might reduce the risk of emotional entanglement, but there are obviously concerns about STIs, and he would be an unknown quantity in terms of other risks.
Earlier posters have ruled out existing friends, and I agree that there's the possibility of things getting messy and complicated. However, I don't think that's inevitable. If you all know each other very well, you completely trust each other, and if you can establish ground rules which you're confident will be stuck to, then it might possibly be the best option.
