I guess I just find it odd that she knows so much about you enough to offer to pay bills, and surprise you with chocolate and help. Normally, customers are kept on the business side of things, not ever learning anything personal or gaining too much access unless they become an employee or friend. However, this woman is neither of those things to you since you said you hardly know her, yet she continues until her behavior becomes this alarming.
From my perspective, I suspect that you may have been sharing too much information about yourself and business, which isn't necessarily bad, because it's a way to have customers empathize/sympathize with you enough to buy your products; but you may have unknowingly over done it with someone who may have taken it the wrong way.
I see your point! Hmm I guess she could be classed as a friend then since we do text but its almost always revolved on our pets as I sell food for them. We are friendly in that sense. I do try to keep it professional with people but I find it hard sometimes because I may be talking to someone via text for example about their pet and the convo can lead on to something else. Its simply just my nievity I guess, in the way that I'll reciporate and carry the conversation on . I probably should stop being so friendly and stop asking questions because I seem to always be accidentally crossing the line!
