Girls check out guys and guys check out girls. And girls generally like to be found attractive by guys, and vice versa, so each often spend huge amounts of time and money to look good to others. As long as the "checking out" isn't leering or accompanied by rude sounds or comments, seems natural to me. To think otherwise seems just ignorant of human nature.
That said, I think yoga pants are smokin hot on the right body. Women wearing them should expect to have other people, men and women, notice how tight and shape revealing they are. Again, to demand no one look or notice is just ignorant of innate nature.
