I will be FORTY next month! FORTY! My husband makes NO money and I do not work! I just had a baby last November & we cannot afford child cafe for me to work! I cannot leave him but if I had money I would! I own our condo and will not leave and the only thing that he has is debt! We are NOT white trash...we both went to great colleges and I have had a very lucrative sales job until I got pregnant...
He is LAZY, LAZY, LAZY! And drinks too much! I would have to pay alimony if we got divorced because of the money I make from investments and all that I have in retirement! Help! What do I do?

    kick him out on the streets. go to the office where you would apply for cash aid and medical. talk to someone there. i am sure they can help you and situate you in the right direction for a divorce. they also help with child care if you want to work. for ppl that qualify for child care it is free. try it. and also when you do the divorce papers here in the office they pay for it. my best friend is going through a divorce finalizing it next week. she is kicking her husband to the curb. and he makes bank. she also would have had to pay tons of money. but since its also her house she is standing her ground. i made her stand her ground. i told her the same thing i will also tell you right now
    STAND YOUR GROUND KEEP YOUR HOUSE. DON'T LEAVE YOUR HOUSE. YOU WORKED HARD FOR IT WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE TO YOUR LAZY ASSHOLE HUSBAND HE DOESN'T DESERVE A HOUSE IF HE IS DOING NOTHING!!
    kick him out and stand your ground or he will keep walking all over you!

    you have to throw him out. sorry but he is going to take you down with him, and ruin your life even more than he has. you won't necessarily have to pay alimony, consult with a lawyer.. if he's so broke, he probably won't be able to afford his own attorney so you can have yours do all the paperwork and he'll just sign them. but get rid of him. don't keep him just because you're afraid of what you might have to pay him

    Stop his sex until he move his lazy ass. I you want to fuck find someone who will pay to play cash no strings. I enjoy paying for sex with not strings lots o married girls and women do it. Plush you earn a very nice income he'll never no, two or three times you'll be able to drop the child off for an hr or so while you do your thing with clients.

    Tell him he needs to straighten his ass up or he is kicked to the curb. Leave him with the baby alone and you go have a day for yourself, that way he sees how much work you put in. Give him a chance to change, but also take charge and stand your ground with it!

    Maybe you could find some help through your state like childcare i know there are places that help pay if you work i think.

    well the sad truth is your 40 ... basically it means you will not ever get another guy , unless he is total trash, your husband on the other hand can make some life choice changes and get a younger, way hotter more happy wife... if i were you I would talk to him and try to change the current situwation ... help him get motivated and if he doesnt then earn extra enough for the both of you and he can help care for the child... best luck
