Lately i run a lot cause i'm trying to lose weight but

I feel that the muscle under the knee (the one you focusing on when doing a calf raise) become bigger. And I don't like it. I want a skinny and gentle leg but with this muscle it's just the opposite. Can I change it ? I'm eating healthy and trying to do cardio and since I got no gym membership (and wont get one) running is the only cardio I can do(I got no bike). But having a bulked leg is really not my goal

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Overweight people tend to have very well-developed calf muscles due to carrying all that extra weight when they stand. This continues to be the case even after they trim down.

Likely, the muscle isn't getting any bigger: you're just burning the fat around it so that it now looks more defined. Make peace and find another fault to over-analyze.

sounds logical i was losing weight at age 57 and started to notice a six pack in my abdominal without a single sit up.

I think you need to decide what's more important to you. Losing weight or keeping that one muscle small. The choice is obvious.

I would think about why having muscle bothers you. Maybe instead of avoiding building muscle you should work on accepting your body.
