He's the one that needs to change and stop making you feel insecure about your appearance! You're actually a normal weight, not that it matters because he shouldn't be judging you based on your weight anyway. Also it sounds like he might cheat on you if he isn't already; he shouldn't be showing interest in other girls. I'd advise that you dump him.
