I think it's stupid to deny that looks aren't an important factor, because it is to everyone; and those girls who you described usually just end up with pathetic lives wondering why all men are shallow dicks, even though it's them who are choosing the men they date!
Good looking people are like rich people. They don't HAVE to be nice. People only do what they have to to get ahead. Most, that is.
The dudes I date always ask me why I don't treat 'em like dirt. I tell them it's 'cause I grew up in a household of brothers, and as the only girl I couldn't get away with the crap a lot of the girls I know do.
