Ladies: what do you think of control pants/Spanx?

    think they are alright, and they dont make being fat or unhealthy ok. if someone is fat they will still look fat with spanx. There are plenty of skinny people who use them because it smooths out your sillhouete and stops your clothing from bunching in certain areas. get surgery if you cant fix the problem? you are far too shallow

      Yes I'm a UK 10 (think that's a US 2?) and I use them sometimes
