Yeah, but a woman can only go so fast, doesn't mean that it's not a achievement! I definitely see what you're saying, because as far as the sport of running is concerned men are definitely better overall.
But I believe that there should be separate races with separate rewards because the fastest women is doing the best within her limits. She could have trained harder than any male athlete, but because she doesn't have the physical ability to run faster than most men she can't win a trophy?

No. Official sports is to determine the "best" at the sport, not the best of the gender that is doing the sport.
