Impossible. To understand the 'female' psych you would have to understand half the earths population! (Or however much females make up of the earths population) You can however, understand the psych of one female. Ie, your girlfriend. You just have to listen and look deeper than the surface. Sounds like you've found a girl who is suited to you, so I'd treat her right
