I enjoy performing anilingus on my wife. I don't like the smell of poop, but a little natural scent is nice.
However, sometimes she doesn't feel clean down there/back there, so she doesn't feel comfortable with me doling that. I try to reassure her that it's fine, but she just doesn't feel comfortable with it, and I have to respect that. In the moment, it's a bit of a bummer, but on the other hand, when she does let me do it, I know she's cool with it and able to enjoy it, and that's great for both the giver and the receiver.
