Politely stroking her ego will not help her. She needs the brutal truth from men if she is to improve her game. Her assumption given her lack of information is that she is not pretty. We can tell that something is wrong other than prettiness. Too bad she doesn't have a brother who could watch her at a party and give her some coaching.

By noticing the score differences for your various facial expressions, you will get some insight into what men, in general, find most attractive about you.
Pay attention to the median score to make your own adjustments. I believe it was a 3.5
