Makes sense really, you wouldn't want to talk to someone when you're mad with them, so sex should be out of the question.

Well lets think about this: if youre really mad at each other why would you even want to have sex ?Its like "OMG I want to kill you" and then you jump in bed, its just not how things work.
If were just slightly annoyed then sometimes we joke about spanking and I get out the belt and "punish" him and that leads to sex . But if he did something really bad like lied about something serious or its a big argument then there aint noting going on till it blows over.

how can you have sex if your mad? no one would do that..its not a matter of withholding...you just physically cant. i think having sex with someone you are hating at the moment would really hurt, like rape, because youre not turned on enough to do it...

If I'm really pissed at my husband the last thing I want to do is give him pleasure. In the moment, I won't have sex with him. But I don't make a conscious effort to withhold sex - I just don't feel like having sex at that time.

When I'm mad at my husband, it usually depresses me to the point that I'm just not in the mood for sex at all. But there have been times when he made up with me and next thing I knew we were back at it and living it up. But I think if he asked me to have sex with him when I'm angry, I would do my best to get in the mood because I want us to both be happy and life is too short.

I do it sometimes; depending on the argument of course. Its kind of like, this can go both ways honey - and I never give in until he is reasonable, but when I do, I make it super awesome.
