Google it, some people will say that's a lame excuse, that's just a bull shit reason for them to be able to indulge their fetish in public with "legitimate" reasoning. Ok. The only person who would be asking for "women's advice" is someone with a fetish, hence why you put "many just enjoy wearing them". If you have a medical condition only someone knowledgeable on the disorder is going to know what you need and it's likely just equivalent to a training bra.
