6th grade, most of us were age 11/12. Just about the time that hormones start to set in. By age 13, hormones eat you mind alive.
People forget what it was like being that age.
I do not remember much pressure about dating though. Usually the "cool kids" were involved but the rest of us, not so much.
Kids thought I was weird for not having a girlfriend in 6th grade?

In my experience I don’t recall having many hormones at 13, which I remember very vividly. 10 however.....
