Just to clarify: the age of consent is 16 for alot of states and in European countries as well. There are middleschool girls with beach ball tits, I don't think anyone is arguing physical readiness. Mental readiness and maturity, however, is a valid concern. Especially when there is room for exploitation.

oh sorry then, i meant just lower the legal age down to 16
mental readiness just depends on the person
im sure alot of 16 year olds are ready
