To put it simply, if it's an autual serious relationship and not them playing House, then it basically comes down to there are children from good homes with responsible parent(s), and children with far less that can range from small to severe.
Typically, children cursing, acting sexual, and more, most likely learned it from unsupervised television/internet use, or from a perverted family member or friends. Without parents there to guide them, they just end up raising themselves and growing up too fast.
