I'd slowly reduce the contact. Tell her what you think and feel about her, but make it gently. Respond less and less to her, so that she can see your relationship is deteriorating. If she confronts you about it, ignore and respond very shortly or not at all, to give strong signals that you lost your interest in this. I would be delicate here, or it might seem like it's your fault, and you might end up having regrets over this.
