Leave her be... that's not a friend, let alone a best friend. Don't be desperate for friends, there's more than 7 billion people on this earth, you're bound to come across a good one. Take this friendship as an example of the type of friends that you should NOT have. I suggest that you be honest and tell her why you are not going to be friends with her, and don't let her trick you into thinking she won't do it again. And if you don't want to cut her off completely, then give her some time to grow (a year or two). Best of luck to you.
