I try and tell my girlfriend to do this and it seems she refuses to take the advice. We will literally just leave the house and within five minutes, we have to stop. She says she didn't feel the urge at the house and I tell her she should just try and go no matter what, before we leave. She says, "that makes no sense if I don't have to go" and in this case, she obviously had something to expel if she immediately has to go when we leave.
Try this: Before you have to leave the house, take her for a walk. If leaving the house earlier in the day causes her to go then this may work. Unless of course, what's doing it for her is the vibrations from the car then you can see if bike riding will do the same.

As soon as we leave and I run into my brother a few minutes later and have a brief two minute conversation, she has to go to the bathroom. I feel like she does this on purpose.
