My neighbor has FIVE chihuahua dogs. They're yappy and annoying. Last Spring, one of the chihuahuas decided to charge head on towards my boyfriend's car while he was driving it. He slammed on the brakes before she became road meat. I think she saw the car as a monster and was trying to protect one of the kids in my neighbor's yard, but all his car did was pass by the yard. It wasn't on it. The dog was dumb to even try such a thing.
