Try simply eating properly... only foods you can eat raw. Lots of nuts and seeds fat should be your main intake and will give you your protein. Second veggies. Third fruits a lot isn't good cause of all the sugar/acid 3-4 servings a day or smoothie in the morning. Fourth carbs like maybe once a week and certain types like sweet potatoes, squash.
If you are lazy as fuck and have no metabolism then just eat a lot water based fruit, and veggies to fill you up. Other wise live active and do resistance exercises no weights for muscle, yoga/tae chi for flexibility, run where ever you go, stop to appreciate the beauty here and there and that way you go places faster avoid traffic and feel good and you have a great life.
Just makes me wonder. You know?
