Depends on how often this occurs. This sort of thing happens to everyone and is pretty common. Your body is getting ready to sleep and an outside sense or scary thought snaps you out of it. This happens to me everytime I get a boring lecture and try to sleep with my head propped on my arm.
If this sort of thing is happening while you are trying to get legitimate rest and is keeping you up every night then It could be a sleeping disorder or anxiety. Likely developed by bad habits in life or stressful events. Not a huge deal though. But if its just sometimes when you're tired and out somewhere then we all know how you feel lol.
