Ive been unsuccessfully trying to grow out my hair for 10 years?

I want to have long hair again but since I got a shorter layered cut 10 years ago, I cant. I end up " trimming" it too much and it hasnt grown much. I cant seem to just leave it alone. Is it normal? How long do I have to go without a haircut to grow like 6 inches?

I know women that take prenatal vitamins on the regular with no intension of getting pregnant lol. They say they make their hair and skin super healthy. Also biotin allegedly makes your hair grow faster andis available otc. I know Amazon sells it.

You have to stop cutting it. Take care of the length with conditioner and oils. There is information online on how to maintain length, but you HAVE to stop cutting if you want it to grow.

  • Vitamin D is your friend here, especially if you don’t get much exposure to sun. It will also make your nails grow and harden them.
You can google hair growth rate for your age, health, etc.

On here people will call you an idiot and accuse you of not being able to spell and then the entire post from there out is about your spelling for innocent mistakes like that.

Consume more protein. Meat, eggs, and most beans, peanuts and peanut butter. Also if you are a person who "cant seem to just leave it alone" stop adding chemicals to your hair. Stop blow drying. Brush your hair often.
