Ive been stabbed and it felt good

Is it normal that I have been stabbed before and it felt good. I mean like stabbed in my gut and I still have the stitches. It was some random fight that had happened When it happened I got aroused from it and it even freaked out the person who stabbed me. I usually get off from pain but being stabbed was the best thing that happened. I haven't been stabbed since that was four years ago.
