Spinach, onions, garlic, have tomatoes and peppers starts going inside, still to early for cukes and squash but will start those in a few weeks. I have a variety of herbs going and some marigolds. I will plant some nasturtiums too. Although they will likely come back without effort. Oh, and potatoes.

With all this free time....great idea!
I forgot to me to mention onions.
I'd plant lemons but this is the wrong climate for that.
