My cousin is 15. Her parents are separated and live in different states. During breaks from school she has to go to her moms for the whole time. Her mom is an alcoholic and her moms boyfriend is abusive and bipolar. They're both super crazy and fight constantly. It's a really bad environment. It's super stressful and she burns herself on her legs when she is at her moms. She's super miserable and depressed. Is she old enough to pick where she goes?
