I prefer white meat, I have to say. I try not to have more than two, but preferably only one red meat meal a week. I'm trying to have ovo-veg lunches.
I haven't really tried plant based protein shakes. I make mine with almond/coconut milk, a banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter (natural, peanut only), a squeeze of honey and a couple teaspoons cacao. Used to keep me going at work from 6:30 til 10ish for a snack.
If I get work with a nut allergy family, I'm fucked for quick breakfast haha.
Its it odd to be half vegetarian?

That shake sounds pretty good! I really just love coconut milk. Sometimes I have ovaltine with half coconut milk, and half milk.
