Sleeping next to a friend is normal, hugging and cuddling not so much.
You said you think she might be a lesbian but you're not a 100% sure? Be open with her about this and make sure not giving her a wrong impression. Try making this conversation as comfortable as possible for her.
I think this is important because I personally hate being unsure about stuff like this. Unrequited love or affection hurts but it's certainly better than not knowing what the other person thinks and feels.
Also, I think continuing a friendship is prett hard when one-sided feelings are involved.

Okay I see. Yeah I've thought about that but I don't want to suspect that just because she may be a lesbian that she wants to be more than friends.
