I feel really bad for you, but when was it that she stopped having as much oral sex with you? As a woman, I don't have kids yet, but after all the vagina stretching I would be self conscious about my vagina. Tell her stuff like she has a really sexy vagina and nothing would make you happier than teasing it and pleasing it/her. Maybe if she want's you can take her to victoria secret and spend some money on something that is going to make her feel sexy. Have a family member who you can trust that is a female to convince her to buy more lingerie.
If she feels like she looks sexy, she is going to think of sex. Also try grooming more down there, making it smell nice and if you two go to the porn shop together, get some flavored lube. Or buy the flavored lube from Wal-mart or wherever you shop and just use it on her as a massage oil. The first time you buy it together, don't use it, instead give her a massage, hold her, tell her you love her whole body, and don't go for the vagina. As hard as this seems, letting her know that you can worship her body without sexual gratification will make her wonder why you didn't go for it, then it will become her idea.
