  • I am the same way, except I've found a way to "drain the water". Here is what I do, and trust me, it works.

    1. Get something soft, maybe a pillow, or a comforter.
    2. Bundle it up into a tight wad.
    3. Start punching and punching and punching.
    4. when you feel a tiny bit better, lean over and scream into it.

    Lol, it sounds crazy, But it works trust me.

    And I tend to think of all the things that people have done to me, or all the sad things, and all the insults that I've bottled up, when punching.
