What?? Skinnyfat people aren’t “obese” and I think you meant not all overweight people are obese? Unless there is another definition for it I didn’t know?
The medical definition of obesity is having too high of a bodyfat percentage. Skinnyfat people have very little muscle, which raises the bf% to obesity levels.
