Of your really worried about being fat then lose the weight. Excercise , excercise , excercise! Walking is ok. Try running a mile or two. Burn the calories. Obviously there is something you are not doing correct.
I lost 50 pound in 3 months just getting on the treadmill walking and burning 700 caleries a day and lifting weights daily. Also I changed what I ate. I cut out all sugar, milk, and cheese and went to soy, and veggie meats. Just focus! You can do it!
