  • A lot of obesity sufferers think they do not eat much.
    If they sit around and don't do much, eating junk food etc, calories add up, they do not divide.

    That is to say that eating carrots is not going to offset the effect of eating a big mac. Great that vegetables are in a diet but as i said, calories add up, they do not divide out.

    • Carrots are actually really high in sugar. They will make you fat very quickly if that's all you eat. They'll also turn your skin orange.

      OP look on the bright side. If you become a marathon runner, you can look forward to eating 3-4000 calories a day and stay thin and tight.
