I am in relationship with my boyfriend for last 5 years but still whenever i see someone cute and tall guy, i want to make out with them... Though I have never done that and my boyfriend is the only one i had ever sex with, is it normal or am I cheating on him ??
Many people fantasize about other persons. Is this cheating? I guess it fits some definitions, although you are still in a monogamous sexual relationship with your boyfriend. However, I recently spoke to someone who revealed that she had sexual fantasies about her nephew. Unfortunately, she also revealed this to other family members who chastised her for her 'sin '. So it seems that the problem is in revealing your inner thoughts rather than in having them.
This is a major problem when someone becomes involved in an exclusive relationship before they have had at least a few other lovers. It is THE major reason for so many divorces for those who believed in marrying as virgins.
It's 100% natural that you have curiosity about what it might be like to be with this guy or that one. As stated above, it's not cheating if you don't act on it, but the curiosity is certainly NOT going to just go away.
If this fella you are with is the one you want to marry, you might want to consider taking a break and while you two are separated, and have a few other guys. Then when you get back together your curiosity will be sated (his too, for you can be sure he is going through this as well), and you will realize how special this relationship is.
