It's 3 am here

It's 3 am here and really want to sleep but my mind is fuzzy and i can't stop thinking about stuff. its like random images appear on my brain and make no sense at all. Any tips.

    Same problem happens to me quite often 11:23 pm here but yeah only advice I can really offer is try and relax and cleanse that brain may you rest peacefully

    Do something physical that will make you tired so you can go to sleep like work out puzzle books maybe sex good sex that is etc.

    Reduce the movement of the eyes. Don't focus but try to sence of being aware about the eyes while relaxing the eyes. This will reduce the mind chantter and relax the body. It will help to fall a sleep.
