It depends. If it's still able to be read quickly, unlike your example, then I see no problem with it. Aslong as I don't have to decipher the words, I'm fine by it. People might not have rad typing skills but they make have good advices and/or ideas.
And I think Eccentric's comment was to troll or just plain sarcasm. So don't worry about it.

Yeah, I got none of that...
And I completely agree. The time spent trying to decide what was said has taken up the saved time of typing that way.
