It it normal to feel/hurting yourself when your angry at something/someone?

  • Please conquer this before it conquers you. Can you at least draw on yourself instead? Tell someone when you feel like it so you're depending on someone else? This seems like a horrible thing to be going through

    • It honestly is. And when i'm in the situation it's very hard to think of the alternatives because when i'm in this situation the urge becomes very hard to control. I have tried to control it but it's become very difficult to at this point.

      • I don't think you can deal with this alone then. It will be harder to stop if you've already messed things up. I hope you can ask for help, for someone to look out for you or check yourself into an institution if it's life threatening.
