It is ok for a guy to wear women's leggings?

You can wear whatever you want to wear, but the flip side is that other people can think, and say whatever they want to about your fashion choices.

I hardly ever come across a post that paralyzes me when voting. This is one of them. Part of me says wear whatever you like, another says that I don't think it's becoming on men.

Leggings are pants that are used in gymnastics or yoga. If you wore pantyhose it could be considered inappropriate. But I wear tights for comfort.I consider them unisex appairal.

I occasionally wear support tights because they reduce to chance of pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis.

Form fitting garments are ok if not ornate

I’ve tried my girlfriend’s pair of leggings on for our sexual role plays and I’ve never been in such comfort. The leggings are made of a stretchy, thin substance that offers no resistance when moving around. It was as if I wasn’t wearing anything at all.

However, I do believe that since leggings are considered female clothing (they always take the good stuff :p) wearing a pair would be considered cross dressing. Since cross dressing is not normal and usually points to childhood trauma or latent faggyness, wearing leggings is not normal. Consider booking into a therapy session or hanging yourself.
