It is not what they said it would be and i am worried

So they first came around a little while ago and I was confused because it was like where are they from because I had never heard of them before. So when it turned out to be something different than they had said I was concerned it would continue. Ever since I’ve been looking and searching but I can’t seem to find it anymore. It used to be there but its no longer there and they won’t tell me where it is now. So now I’m just worried that its not what they said it would be and it has me worried.
