If you feel the need to drive with hazards in piss poor rain, without actually pulling over FUCK YOU. Nothing makes it ok to ride miles and miles down the way at 55 mph with hazards. Either you can drive or you can the fuck not.

Look, put them on, and pull off and wait out the traffic. Or just drive without flashy lights.
