I used to bite my nails up until the last few years. I figured out that I mainly did it well driving in traffic or watching movies. Kind of strange but I stopped. I do how ever like to bite the skin off the sides of my nails. Is that dead skin? Oh well better then my head. Lol
I really don't think thats normal though to eat the scabs off of your head. Sorry but thats icky.
You should goggle that as stated earlier.
