For several months I feel a strong attraction for my mom. Do not know what to think. I have dreams with Mom where we make love. I thought to tell but I fear rejection. My mom is a conservative, dominant and controlling woman, I do not accept easily be my lover. I have read on the Internet many stories of love between mothers and sons, so I have hope. For months I turned 19, and my mom has like 47. Currently she is divorced. Also I do not think my brothers accept this relationship. It seems an impossible love. Do you think of this.

    Hi,

    I am appalled at the immature attitude of the posters here.
    It is what it is. Your admitting that you have a sexual attraction to your mother. That's the point of this kind of site to get it off your chest.

    I don't know why every on reacts the way they do. You have not done anything about it yet.

    However as you said , your mom might be quite upset if she knew. So if you need to tell here your taking a big risk.

    Is it normal? I hate the word normal because in these days anything seems to be normal.

    But if your wondering if it is normal biologically? no. Emotionally no.

    This is something that if you were to go ahead and do could possibly back fire and destroy both of you emotionally.

    It is one thing to desire it but doing it you have no idea the line your crossing. There are certain things that once you cross the line there is no way to take it back.

    In the 60s during the " sexual revolution" which is just a way of saying that back then a group of sexually " free people experimented with everything. This what you want to do is called incest and during the sixties that was one of the things that they tried.

    On the other hand there were a lot of people taking LSD too.

    i would definitely and respectively advise you to see a therapist . It can't hurt. But as i said before telling your mom could have very serious consequences. and even if in the unlikely even she would agree to it the emotional damage would be terrible.

    However i doubt very much that your mother will ever agree to what you want to do.

      I do not believe in psychologists or psychiatrists.
      I know that if I want to get what I want, first I must get my mother to change her perspective. The world do not care. I know that if my mom agrees to be my lover, be in the privacy of our home.

The sentiment you have might be an illusion of family love, just calm down yourself, think carefully and you can figure it out.
