It is normal for a 19 year old to "like" looking at pictures?

A friend of mine, he's 19, likes to wear girl's diapers and look up pictures of underaged girls wearing them too. One time when i we were at his house playing X-box, i glanced back at him and he had his pants down to his ankles sucking on a pacifire and wearing a girl's "goodnite" diaper. Is this normal? What can I do to help him? What should I do about this?

    my roommate at boarding school would store her clipped toenails in a CLEAR miniature box...and if she got angry she would throw them all over the place and even at people (including me) my point is, maybe that IS really nasty and INCREDIBLY weird but at least she doesn't throw the stuff at you....is she weird in any other unbearable way?
