I disagree with your opinion. We have genitals for the purpose of reproduction, which is a natural thing. Sure, many natural things are filthy, but I would disagree that genitals are among them by default.

The true argument or for or against it is generally " is it ethical". Your argument makes 0 sense becuase it's common and has existed for a long time. What is often banned is female version of it as it removed huge parts of the vagina and makes it hard to pee, have periods, have sex or have children. But pretending men haven't been castrated means you have no clue what goes on outside maybe your own living quarters.
