You don't sound like you really think it's okay. It won't help trying to justify it. And don't think "nobody gets hurt", because unless you're a total sociopath it won't be that easy lying to your dear wife. So at the very least you'll hurt yourself and therefor your marriage.
If you're not planning to leave your wife, are you sure in ten years you'll look back thinking: "Thank god, I had sex with that other woman"?
Those are things you'll have to find out for yourself, but it will take some honesty.
