Isnt it excessive to see each other 3 to 4 times

Per week when dating?? Usually you see your S.O on the weekends, not every 2 days. Its rediculous

If they’re DEMANDING to see you that often then yeah, that’s not healthy. If you need more space, then you should try to communicate your feelings to your S/O. If they refuse to give you more alone time, recognize that your needs aren’t being met in the relationship and consider the possibility that you might be incompatible. But some couples are truly obsessed with each other and mutually enjoy being together this much even in the dating phase. It’s all a matter of knowing and respecting each other’s boundaries.

    • Apparently hardly any couples are this full on thus, is considered clingy

Personally if my so isnt willing or wanting to spend at least every other day with me it's not gonna work, I hate being around people but when it's a so I want to be around them alllllll time. And if they arnt interested in at least every other day for the most part it's just not gonna work out

When it comes to the one person I want to be around I'm very needy for attention. I dont hide this fact. I'll pretty much always want to cuddle to, one thing that annoys my bf to no end is when he scratches my head or whatever or if I want attention I tend to rub on him, much like an animal does and it's like I usually only do it when you scratch me so don't do that if you don't like what will happen.

honestly this is why i had to get out of my last relationship, as lovely as she was...i just could not handle the constant pressure and complaining from her to see her every few days/ or talk to her multiple times a day, (god forbid i missed a call) when i had so much work going on at the time

Do you want to spend every day with them?

It's pretty normal to want to do that. I know I did before we moved in together.

I don't think there is a normal amount. Really depends on the couple. If you've just met then 4 times a week sounds like a lot, but if you've been together for a long time then I would think seeing each other every single day wouldn't be weird.

I feel like the girls in the relationship normally want to be together more. That was the case with my girlfriends anyway.

What's the problem. You can see them however much works for the two of you. If neither of you are bothered by it why should you care what use hooligans online think? Go for it mate.

If things fizzle out because you're together a lot, you shouldn't be together in the first place.

        • Yes! I had girlfriends I didn't want to be around so much but my wife and I wanted to see each other 24/7 before we were married.

Exactly. I wanna spend all day with my girlfriend and so does she, so that gives me a lot of hope.

Wow, you must not really like each other then. If more time together means things will 'fizzle out' then you should get out of this relationship bow and save the trouble. Isn't it supposed work the other way around? You are too dumb to know this apparently.

        • It's happened with friends so it certainly can happen with relationships. Needy relationships never work out in the end anyways. If yall in each others face every 2 days when yall just started dating, that's excessively needy.
